c. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

d. No Class Action You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive participation in any class action.

e. Assignment You may not assign your rights under these Terms. Cannexia may assign its rights without prior notice.
